NO REFUNDS - ALL SALES ARE FINAL: For all digital products, including but not limited to downloadable medical posters, digital anatomical charts, educational PDFs, medical training materials, digital certificates, electronic manuals, software, and any other digital content:

  • All sales of digital items are final and non-refundable
  • No exchanges or returns are permitted for digital educational products
  • Once access is granted or download is available, the sale is complete
  • You are responsible for downloading and storing digital medical educational resources
  • We are not responsible for lost or corrupted digital files after successful delivery

By purchasing digital medical educational products, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

8. Returns and Refunds (Physical Products)

For physical medical models, anatomical posters, and educational products, returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions:

  • Proof of purchase must be provided
