At MediCross, we are committed to delivering your anatomical models, skeleton anatomy products, and human anatomy models for medical students as efficiently as possible. Please review our delivery policy below for important information about processing times, shipping, and tracking.

Please Note: All times shown are estimates only. Although most items arrive within these timeframes, these are not guarantees. It is always advisable that customers allow a few additional days in case of customs or other delays within the delivery network that are outside of our control.

Order Tracking

Tracking information for your order will be provided within 48 hours of your order shipping. You will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package once it has been dispatched from our facility.

Processing and Delivery Times

All processing and delivery times are estimates provided in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Actual delivery times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, courier performance, and other factors beyond our control.

United Kingdom Orders

Processing Time: 1 to 4 working days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment.

Delivery Time: 2 to 5 working days (estimated) for delivery after your order has been shipped.

Total Estimated Time: 3 to 9 working days from order placement to delivery.

European Union Orders

Processing Time: 1 to 4 working days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment.

Delivery Time: 4 to 10 working days (estimated) for delivery after your order has been shipped.

Total Estimated Time: 5 to 14 working days from order placement to delivery.

Important Note for EU Customers: Customs clearance may add additional time to your delivery. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country.

United States Orders

Processing Time: 7 to 22 working days for your order to be processed, prepared for shipment, and delivered.

Total Estimated Time: 7 to 22 working days from order placement to delivery.

Important Note for US Customers: International shipping times can vary significantly. Customs clearance may add additional time to your delivery. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by US Customs.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Once your order has been handed to our courier partner, MediCross is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance if available for high-value orders.
