Returns Policy

At MediCross, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of anatomical models, skeleton anatomy products, and human anatomy models for medical students. If you need to return an item, please review our returns policy below.
14-Day Return Period
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item to us. The item must be received back at our returns facility no later than 14 days from your delivery date.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for change of mind once 14 days have passed from the date of delivery. Any request to cancel must be made within this 14-day period in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Requests received after this time will not be accepted. This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to goods that are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Contact Us First
You must contact us before returning any item. Please reach out through our Contact Us page to request a return authorization and receive return instructions. Do not send items back without contacting us first.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging, unopened and unused.
- Condition: Products must be in the same condition as when you received them - unused, undamaged, and with all original tags and labels attached.
- Timeframe: The item must arrive back at our returns facility within 14 days of your delivery date.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return or may be subject to a restocking fee.
IMPORTANT: Do Not Send to Registered Address
DO NOT send returns to our registered business address. This is not a manned address and parcels sent there will be returned to you or destroyed by the courier. You will not receive a refund for items sent to the wrong address.
When you contact us for a return authorization, we will provide you with the correct returns address to use.
Return Shipping Costs
Faulty Products
If your item is faulty or defective, MediCross will pay for the return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately with details and photos of the fault, and we will arrange for the return at no cost to you.
Change of Mind Returns
If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, you are responsible for all return shipping costs.
You must ensure that the return is fully insured for its full value. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance when returning items.
Return Shipping Insurance
IMPORTANT: MediCross is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged on the way back to us. This is why we require that all returns are fully insured by the customer.
If your return is lost or damaged in transit and you have not purchased adequate insurance, you will not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure you:
- Use a tracked and insured shipping service
- Purchase insurance for the full value of the item
- Keep proof of postage and tracking information
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
International Returns (EU and USA)
For international returns, please be aware:
MediCross is not responsible for any customs charges, duties, taxes, or fees incurred when returning items. Any customs charges or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
If you refuse to pay customs charges on a return shipment, the item may be destroyed by customs or returned to you, and you will not receive a refund.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund within 14 days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or we made an error with your order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Items that have been opened, used, or removed from their original packaging
- Digital products (courses, eBooks, downloadable content) - see our Terms and Conditions
- Custom or personalized items
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or faulty item
- Photos of the packaging
- A description of the issue
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, for genuinely faulty or damaged items.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
